Lindsay Lohan 90 days in prison

Hollywood actress and Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has started serving her 90 days in prison sentence. The authorities have allowed Lohan to take prescribed drugs in jail. She is currently locked up in a 12 ft by 8 ft cell in the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California.

Lindsay Lohan had been sentenced to 90 days of jail and 90 days of in-patient rehabilitation for violating her probation on two 2007 drunk-driving and cocaine possession charges. But because of problems related to overcrowding in jails in Los Angeles, her jail term has been brought down to 14 days.

Lindsay Lohan's neighbour in the adjacent cell in jail is the 19-year-old reality TV star Alexis Neiers, who is currently serving 180 days in the neighbouring cell, after being convicted of being a gang member of 'Bling Ring' which had burgled a number of Hollywood celebrity homes in LA, including Lindsay Lohan's, in Hollywood Hills in the year 2009.

Lindsay Lohan is an American actress, model and pop singer-songwriter. She began her career as a child fashion model before making her motion picture debut in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap at the age of 11. Lohan gained further fame between 2003 and 2005 with leading roles in the films Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded, subsequently appearing in independent films including Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion and Emilio Estevez's Bobby.

Her career was interrupted in 2007 as two driving under the influence (DUI) incidents and three visits to drug rehabilitation facilities led to several lost movie deals. Resuming her career, she guest starred in the TV series Ugly Betty in 2008, starred in the 2009 comedy Labor Pains, and will appear in Robert Rodriguez's Machete in 2010. Lohan launched a second career in pop music in 2004 with the album Speak and followed up with A Little More Personal (Raw) in 2005. She has attracted significant publicity, particularly surrounding her personal life.

Lindsay Lohan clip baby stroller with Maserati

Two eyewitnesses told Radaronline.com that they saw Lindsay Lohan clip a baby stroller with her Maserati and drive away.

"There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street," freelance paparazzo Brayan Jaime told Radar. "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going."

Jaime's friend shot a video seconds after the alleged incident that shows a baby crying from a stroller as Lindsay's Maserati disappears in the other direction.

Jaime told TMZ that Lindsay hit the stroller "in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air."

As for why the child's nanny appears unruffled after the alleged accident, Jaime said, "She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared."

When Radar reached Lindsay for comment, she said, "I don't know what you're talking about."
