Eva Mendes oiled in the sand for Calvin Klein
Eva Mendes is fast becoming more famous for her risque ad campaigns rather than her acting.
The actress smoulders in her newest Calvin Klein campaign, undoubtedly her hottest outing to date.
Eva, 35, is reunited with Keira Knightley's ex, model Jamie Dornan, for a series of racy shots.

The oiled up pair writhe on top of one another in the sand, clad in nothing but their favourite Calvins for the designers new Whitewashed collection.
The adverts are due to hit billboards this spring, and looks set to attract the attention of censors all over again.
Eva's steamy ads for the Secret Obsession fragrance featuring the actress in the nude were deemed too risqué for TV in 2008.
In the 30-second clip the We Own The Night actress rolled around seductively on an unmade bed and caressed her body.

Eva is mostly naked and slightly out of focus for the duration of the ad but at one point the 35-year-old touched her breasts and revealed one of her nipples.
The American actress is a bit of a veteran when it comes to disrobing - and sometimes it's even done for good cause. But not all her fans approve.
Her mother was less than impressed with the 'I’d Rather Go Naked Then Wear Fur' campaign she did for animal rights group PETA in 2007.
Eva told Fox News: 'I was completely naked (but covered in the right areas) which made my mother cringe.
'But I was like, ‘mom it’s for a good cause!'

Eva Mendes' racy new advert is banned by American networks
It's my secret,' whispers Eva Mendes in her new advertising campaign. But what isn't secret is her body - which has caused outrage across America.
Her 30-second advert for new perfume Secret Obsession has been banned by U.S. networks after being deemed far too racy for TV - because it shows a brief glimpse of Eva's nipple.

In the black and white advert a mostly bare Eva rolls around seductively in an unmade bed. At one point the 34-year-old caresses herself, offering observant viewers the quick glimpse of her chest.
'Between love and madness lies obsession,' she whispers. 'Love...madness. It's my secret.'

Calvin Klein bosses don't seem upset by the controversy, posting the advert on their website under the headline 'Eva Mendes banned advert'.
'This development is not entirely a surprise for the U.S. market,' said Tom Murry, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein Inc.

'We believe the commercial is exceptional and hits the mark for Secret Obsession. We will reach our consumers in the U.S. primarily through the Web site, the print campaign and at point of sale.
'We are anticipating a very successful global launch.'

Eva previously exposed her body in the 2007 film We Own The Night. She told interviewers at the time she was horrified by what her father might think.
'I told my dad. I said, 'Dad, Poppy you cannot be there on time. Nobody can.' It's a tough one. I understand.
'It premiered in Cannes and I'm sitting there in the audience and I was like, "Oh my God, no that's me. Oh my God, oh my God. That's me. That's my boob, that's my boob."'

Since then Eva has overcome her embarrassment to bare all for animal rights charity Peta, in the 'I'd rather go naked than wear fur' campaign.
Back in 1995 Calvin Klein was investigated by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation over whether a series of suggestive shots of young models was pornographic. And in 1980 a young Brooke Shields caused outrage whispering 'You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing.'

Eva Mendes bounces back from rehab with seductive Calvin Klein lingerie campaign
After a stint in rehab earlier this year, Hollywood star Eva Mendes is back in business.
The 2 Fast 2 Furious actress appears in a smouldering new ad campaign for Calvin Klien's Seductive Comfort underwear range.
She is also gearing up to begin work on her next film, the crime drama Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans which will co-star Val Kilmer and Nicolas Cage.

Mendes checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah in January to treat 'personal issues,' amid reports of drug use and body issues.
She says: 'There are so many lies out there regarding my recent trip to Cirque Lodge. But I don't care what people think. I just don't care. So I will neither confirm nor deny.
'I'm not a spokesperson for any kind of substance-abuse organization.'

But the 34-year-old isn't ashamed of reaching out for help.
'I'm proud of people who have the determination and the fearlessness to actually go and face their demons and get better.'
Still, she admits that she's still 'sensitive on the subject', and recently snapped at a reporter for US magazine who joked that in Hollywood, Alcoholics Anonymous should be called Alcoholics Unanimous.
In response to the journalist's quip, she said: 'I'm not making jokes, because people die from this stuff.'
'So, honestly, I think it's a bit tacky that you made a joke. I've got to be honest.'

Eva Mendes

Biography
Mendes was born in Miami, Florida (although many sources incorrectly state her birthplace is Houston, Texas) and was raised in Los Angeles. She attended California State University, Northridge but dropped out to seek a career acting. She worked her way up through commercials to music videos to guest roles in TV series to supporting film roles. While she has not had any lead roles, she has received attention in the supporting roles she has played. Mendes has worked in interior design and written children's books.
More:
Dropping out of school soon after being randomly discovered by an agent, Mendes appeared in a few made-for-television productions and hammed it up with Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan in A Night at the Roxbury before being cast in a prominent role in Urban Legends: Final Cut. Working against typecasting despite her teen horror resumé, Mendes next took roles in Exit Wounds, Training Day, and All About the Benjamins. Mendes next began work on a children's book titled Crazy Leggs Beshee in which she wanted to introduce art, history, vocabulary, and values to children in a fun and easily comprehendable medium.
In 2003, Mendes' career took off, with the actress taking on large roles in an ecclectic quartet of high-profile films. In 2 Fast 2 Furious she played a customs agent working with Paul Walker to bring down a Miami drug cartel. Out of Time found her reteaming with Training Day costar Denzel Washington. Flexing her comedic chops, Mendes was the love interest of half a pair of conjoined twins in the Farrelly brothers' Stuck on You. And in Once Upon a Time in Mexico she played another government agent, this time opposite Johnny Depp.
