Kristen Stewart thinks Emma Watson Is Trying To Steal RPattz
Kristen Stewart
Apparently, if this is to be believed, Kristen Stewart is suspicious of Harry Potter star Emma Watson and thinks she is trying to steal Robert Pattinson from her.
We kind of doubt this (Emma is currently at Brown so nowhere near Rob) BUT a source said, "Like all girls, Kristen can be very jealous and possessive, and in her mind Emma poses a threat."
They added, "Rob has commented before on how cute he thinks Emma is and Kristen worries that he would have more in common with her because she's British."
Another source insinuated that the girls are taking part in some war, saying, "Emma really took it up a notch when she , like she's telling the world Kristen is a bimbo and she's a real lady with poise and talent."
Adding: "She hates being thought of as a sex symbol or being valued for that over her talent, so Emma got her right where it hurts."
Emma Watson during sunshine reunion with boyfriend
But despite the sunshine, and the company of financier Jay Barrymore, the Harry Potter actress had a permanent face like thunder.
Perhaps she had been having difficulty explaining why she was pictured recently enjoying an evening out in New York with a fellow student who happens to be a glamorous Spanish rock star.
Miss Watson, 19, is taking a degree in art and literature at Brown University, an Ivy League institution in Providence, Rhode Island, while 26-year-old Mr Barrymore remains in London.
Given a five-day break for the Thanksgiving holiday, she met him in Jamaica at the weekend for what many observers felt could prove to be 'make or break' for the couple's 18-month relationship.
Judging by her expression, the smart money is on 'break'.
The actress, who has built up a fortune of more than £10million playing Hermione Granger in the Potter films, began her degree course two months ago.
Last week, the Daily Mail pictured her smiling at an ice-hockey match with Rafael Cebrian, a second-year student who plays in a Spanish band called the Monomes.
Emma Watson's new spell with her Prince William lookalike...
So perhaps that explains why 18-year-old Emma Watson has rekindled her romance with financier Jay Barrymore.
The girl wizard from the Harry Potter movies had been seen enjoying the company of several young men over the summer but seems to have settled once more upon the 25-year-old banker and Prince William lookalike.
The couple held hands as they attended a London art fair in Regent's Park.
It was not clear whether Mr Barrymore suggested she invest some of the £2.8million she earned over the last year in a piece of modern art. Asked if she had plans to purchase a painting, Miss Watson merely giggled.
The low-key evening out was in marked contrast to the more lively nightlife Miss Watson has enjoyed since she turned 18 in April.
She has visited several London night spots in the company of Italian actor Roberto Agnillera, whom she met in July during an eight-week Shakespeare course at RADA.
She took him for a day out at the Cartier Polo - while Mr Barrymore was away on holiday - and was also seen chatting to a host of young men eager to impress her.
Among them was 19-year-old Francis Boulle, a Franco-Mauritian philosophy student at Edinburgh University with whom she later swapped phone numbers.
Despite her success as an actress Miss Watson has pledged to continue her academic career following her current gap year.
After gaining straight As at A-level, she plans to study English literature in the UK or a liberal arts degree in the U.S.
Her parents Chris and Jacqueline, lawyers who met at Oxford University, are said to be keen their daughter goes on to higher education.
It was reported that they did not approve of Mr Barrymore when he first began dating their daughter because of the seven-year age gap.
However, her current choice of companion must surely be less upsetting than rocker Johnny Borrell, on whom she had a crush early this year.
The pair were linked after she attended a party with the Razorlight frontman in February.
Borrell is an old flame of American actress Kirsten Dunst.
After their relationship ended, Miss Dunst had to spend a short spell in rehab.
Emma Watson ditches the dazzling red-carpet frock to party in micro shorts after wardrobe malfunction
But shortly afterwards the teenager's poise evaporated as her dress fell apart during the National Movie Awards ceremony.
The 18 year-old was due to present the Best Family Film gong at the event held at the Royal Festival Hall when she suffered a dramatic wardrobe malfunction.
As she stepped on stage to announce the winner the back of her Grecian-style Alexander McQueen gown fell open.
The young actress was swiftly surrounded by flailing helpers who tried unsuccessfully to re-fasten the cream floor-length dress.
Miss Watson was forced to announce the award, to winning animated film WALL-E, while her dress gaped.
Even host James Nesbitt attempted unsuccessfully to preserve her modesty.
The starlet took her misfortune in good humour - rolling her eyes at the audience and gesturing at her parents who watched helplessly from their seats.
An audience member said: 'The whole back of her dress fell open and they had to get several lackeys to try and do it up. It wasn't televised as it was during the trailers but the gown was gaping open at the back as she gamely carried on.
'Unfortunately the men who tried to help her couldn't do it up and even James Nesbitt tried to get involved. However by the time she sat down again she seemed to have been pinned back together.'
Later that evening at the afterparty at Claridges hotel James Nesbitt commented: 'Yes she had a bit of a problem with her dress but she was very professional about it, you could hardly tell. I tried to help her do it back up but I wasn't much help - it's been a long time since I did anything like that.'
Meanwhile attempts to mend Harry Potter star's outfit after the awards were also unsuccessful.
Instead of attending the party at Claridges Miss Watson went straight upstairs to a suite in the hotel to try and fasten the ensemble.
But after several failed attempts to secure it she abandoned her designer attire.
Left with limited wardrobe choices she opted for something more comfortable and headed to Mayfair club Mahiki to join friends dressed in a mismatched ensemble of plaid shorts and oversized cardigan.
To rule out any further sartorial disasters Miss Watson also opted to change her skyscraper heels for more sensible footwear.
Instead of the handmade Alexander McQueen shoes, made specially for the awards, she danced the night away in flat moccasin style boots.
The actress has just returned from travelling in Kenya and Hong Kong after celebrating getting three straight A's at A Level this summer.
Level-headed Emma has grown up in the public eye since landing the part of Hermione Granger in the film version of JK Rowling's hit wizarding books.
But instead of letting the fame, and the millions, go to her head the child star continued to live a normal life.
Amongst her work commitments and the glamorous parties she has worked hard at her studies, and could soon be off to Cambridge after scoring straight As in geography, history of art and English literature A-levels last month.
Hard working Emma's down-to-earth lifestyle is all the more astonishing considering her £10.5million fortune, which she took control of on her 18th birthday.
For the current sixth film she is being paid £ 2.5million, according to an industry insider. And in a particularly canny bit of negotiating her future earnings for the final film will be further boosted by £3million.
However, at her parent's request, Emma agreed to only access her money after taking part in a crash course in how to be a responsible multi-millionaire at Royal bank Coutts.
What would Harry say? Emma Watson gets flirty with THREE dashing men at the polo
The 18-year-old actress has been single since splitting from rugby player Tom Ducker last October after a nine month relationship.
And Emma appears to be revelling in her single status as she enjoyed the attentions of a trio of dashing men at the Cartier's annual International Polo at Smiths Lawn in Windsor.
Earlier in the day, Emma chatted to stars including Natalie Imbruglia, Kelly Brook and Dita Von Teese at the sun-filled event, but retreating into the Chinawhite tent to listen to DJ Mark Ronson spinning tracks.
Dressed in a sheer Charles Anastase dress and strappy high heels, Emma looked chilled and cooled in the rising summer temperatures.
In the tent, Emma was the centre of attention amongst the young male guests and was soon indulging in interesting conversation with the bachelors.
But it was one man in particular, dressed in a blue shirt and sporting a goatee and glasses, who Emma looked particularly close to.
If Emma is dating this new man, she still made plenty of time to chat to other eligible young men in the tent.
During the evening, she was spotted talking to Francis Boulle and Michael Corker.
Prince William lookalike Francis, who was dressed in a red stripy shirt, kept Emma enthralled with their conversation.
While Emma looked in a happy mood, she appeared to prefer to leave the talking to her male pal and hung on his every word as they chatted on the dancefloor.
